In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "wipkr," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the wipkr platform, operating under an internationally recognised gaming licence.

4.2 One Account Policy

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on wipkr are subject to acceptance at wipkr's sole discretion. wipkr reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without providing a reason. 8.2 Odds and Errors

8.4 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned where the relevant event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within a defined period; where the event result cannot be verified from an official source; or where wipkr determines that abnormal betting patterns exist which may indicate match manipulation or other corrupt conduct affecting the integrity of the result.

9.1 Game Rules

Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or other events beyond wipkr's reasonable control
• A player's failure to safeguard their account credentials
• Decisions made by the player in the course of gameplay or wagering
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses howsoever arising

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits wipkr's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by wipkr's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wipkr holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising between a player and wipkr in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall be resolved as follows:
